Perhaps second to yellow, red is a shade that radiates against skin tones best. As we know rouge is the femme fatal color and it always makes a statement. If you want to be seen, go with red. It has become my go to for formal gowns. Today I’m sharing some affordable red looks; they’re all under $100. These are perfect for a formal occasion, a wedding, gala, birthday.
