My love affair for tassels is still going strong. Today I’m sharing how I DIY’d the tassels on my swimsuit. It’s been a little bit since I shared a DIY and love how this came out. I always spend no more than $40 on swimsuits. I achieved this one for under $30! There’s a video on my Instagram.
I wore it for a trip to my home-state of Florida. We went on a boat side in Key West. I had a blast and the tassels remained in tact while snorkeling and all of our boat ride that turned into an adventure with the rain.
This DIY does call for hand sewing, but it was fairly simple and doesn’t require major skills.
WHAT I USED:
WHITE SUIT -$22- (Top is only $7.50)
TASSELS- small white tassels from Amazon
With a needle and thread, I sewed five tassels on each side of the top. It took about thirty minutes.
