I’m not quite sure where time has gone but it’s officially summer and Cancer season is upon us and I’m about to turn 25 on July 1st.

Today, I’m sharing midi ruffle hem skirts that you can transition from work to night.

This one is part of a set from SHEIN and is actually a skort. I haven’t worn one since maybe the 5th grade. It comes with a cute elastic tube top and is $24! If you’ve noticed from some of my looks, I love blue and white stripes. SHEIN is great for getting trendy pieces for the low. To transition it for work, I safety-pinned the slit.

This top, I got for $10 in the last Zara sale. I can’t wait to see what treasures I’ll discover in this sale.

I don’t have a whole lot planned for this summer except for a birthday girls’ trip to NOLA in a few days. I don’t usually do big parities for my bday so I can’t wait! As summer is a more costly time due to trips and just wanting to be ‘out and about,’ I’m all about maximizing wardrobe. My goal is to have more pieces that I can wear for work and play. Fortunately, my job has a pretty causal dress code.

I paired this look with my DIY Pink mules and these pearl stud earrings I made. I’m contemplating adding them to my Etsy.
