For the Super Bowl, my sister threw a party and I made a few party snacks that I found on Pinterest that came out great. The set- up was stellar! My sister has a special events company and the night was for sure an experience. I loved the personalized cookies that my sister ordered off of Etsy so a fun and fancy touch.

  
 Snack size bites are great for parties. They cut down the line for food and also make for a cute layout.I made these Mac and Cheese bites and they were so yummy. I recently learned that Boursin cheese is a wonderful addition to mac and cheese. This recipe included garlic and herb Boursin cheese and a crust of Ritz crackers and butter, which was definitely a departure from traditional recipes.

Layered dips are always a hit and so I made individual cup 5 Layer Dip with guacamole, salsa, refried beans, sour cream, and cheese on top. It is such a great combination. I made the guacamole, I am all about weekly ‘Taco Tuesday’, so I now make it without following a recipe. Here is a good recipe to use, I would add in 1 Roma tomato as well. You could also use a store bought guac to cut time.
