Bandaid on the Arc de Triomphe

For so many months, the Arc de Triomphe was under construction. I can’t even imagine how many tourist photos had that bandage looking structure in it! A view I’ll never get tired of seeing! I still haven’t been to the top! When I last attempted it was closed!
