I was able to go an early screening of Avengers at the Ziegfield Theater in NY a week before the opening! I actually hadn’t seen a preview I had only heard about what the film was. And I was pleasantly surprised! Out of the characters I had only seen Iron Man I and one of the Incredible Hulks (which I really did not enjoy). I also am not savvy with the whole comic book characters story line. The way they constructed the film enabled a watcher to be caught up on all the characters pasts as they joined together. Although it is a story about superheroes, the 3D film made it seem realistic because the superheros had lives under the costumes. It was funny, not too much action, nor too long! Greaattt Filmmm
